Malaysia · Building since 2011

I build the product and the business around it.

Miftah Muhajir Dalimunthe — full-stack engineer and product manager. Fifteen years spent on both sides of the launch: the architecture that has to hold, and the numbers that have to add up.

The proof

Six live products. One machine. Mine, end to end.

This domain belongs to the server itself — the box that hosts everything below. I wrote the code, provisioned the host, registered the domains, and answer to the customers. That is the whole argument.

Ubuntu 24.04 · 8 vCPU · 31 GB
Docker · nginx · MySQL 8 · PHP-FPM

Four languages, one shared curriculum engine Isolated Docker stack per product TLS, backups and monitoring self-managed

The practice

Two disciplines, one person, no handoff cost.

Engineering

Code that survives contact with production.

Laravel and Python on the backend, React and Vue on the front, everything containerised and observable. I run what I build, so I design for the 3 a.m. version of myself.

Business

Products that pay for themselves.

Positioning, roadmap, pricing, and the unglamorous work of finding out what people will actually pay for. Six of my own products are the test bed; thirty-plus clients are the evidence.

What I take on

Hire the whole stack, not a slice of it.

Web development

Full-stack applications built with Laravel, React and the boring tools that keep working.

  • Laravel backend
  • React frontend
  • API design
  • Database architecture

Product management

From a vague idea to a scoped roadmap with dates, owners and a definition of done.

  • Product strategy
  • Roadmap planning
  • User research
  • Agile / Scrum

UI / UX design

Interfaces that people can operate without a manual, built as a system rather than screens.

  • Wireframing
  • Prototyping
  • Usability testing
  • Design systems

Mobile development

Cross-platform apps that ship to both stores from a single, maintainable codebase.

  • React Native
  • Flutter
  • iOS & Android
  • Store publishing

SEO & performance

Technical SEO and speed work, measured against real field data rather than a lab score.

  • Technical SEO
  • Core Web Vitals
  • Content strategy
  • Analytics

Consulting & training

Architecture review, code review, and getting a team to a standard they can hold on their own.

  • Architecture review
  • Code review
  • Team training
  • Technical mentoring

How the work runs

Four stages, in this order, every time.

01

Discovery

A deep pass over your goals, users and constraints — before a single line is written.

02

Planning

Roadmap, wireframes and technical architecture, with the trade-offs written down.

03

Development

Clean, scalable code shipped in visible increments, with updates you don't have to chase.

04

Launch

Testing, deployment and the support window afterwards, when it actually matters.
